BTJ coordinates personalized matching, communication, records collection, appointments, travel planning and each major journey milestone. We remain your central point of contact while independent professionals provide their specialized services.

Potentisl surrogates complete a detailed application and personal interview, followed by a preliminary review of their pregnancy, delivery and medical records by BTJ’s clinical support team. Our nurse consultant helps identity records requiring further review and coordinates next steps before a candidate is presented. Final medical and psychological approval occurs independently after matching.

Independent fertility clinics, ART attorneys and licensed mental health professionals provide all formal evaluations and clearances. BTJ coordinates communication and next steps but does not make medical, legal or psychological determinations.

We begin with your application, service agreement and personalized onboarding conversation. From there, BTJ organizes the appropriate next steps such as profile preparation, matching, and coordination of independent screening and professional services.
